Congratulations to the following athletes for pushing it hard in the weightroom and making it into the “6x/1000 lb club” (from the left in the picture):

Mike Davis, Jose Sarabia, Phillip O’shea, Jonny Gutierrez, Geoff Mellor

These guys achieved this distinction by lifting at least 6 times their bodyweight in four core lifts: bench, squat, deadlift, powerclean.  Good job guys!
